Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Our products cannot be returned and/or exchanged. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to email us at shop@alsafafoods.com with your name, order number and photos showing the damage. We will be happy to assist you.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only accepted if products arrived damaged and/or incorrectly.
We have a 7 day refund policy from the time you receive the product. Eligibility of refunds are under the sole description of Al Safa Foods Canada Ltd. To initiate a refund, please email us at shop@alsafafoods.com with your name, order number and photos showing the items. We will be happy to assist you. Once your refund is approved, please ship the items back to the address provided. Al Safa Foods is not responsible for providing a return label. Al Safa Foods recommends using an insured and traceable delivery method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Your refund request will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be shown in your account. Please note you will be refunded in your original form of payment.
Shipping/Delivery
Unfortunately if you were charged shipping/delivery fees for your purchase you will not be refunded this amount.

Only orders placed through https://shop-alsafahalal.com are covered for all returns, exchanges and refunds. If you purchased our products through a third party, and/or one of our retail partners, you will need to contact them.
