Orders under $50 is subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

We work with independent partners who will deliver the product.
We cannot leave your products outside. All Al Safa products are frozen, and therefore must not be left out to avoid defrosting. This is why we call to inform you of your delivery window.
Signature is required to ensure frozen products are delivered and received.
Due to COVID19, we are foregoing signatures. Please note we will not deliver products if you are not home to receive it.
GENERAL
We ensure all our products are delivered in a refrigerated frozen truck. Trucks maintain temperatures of -18°C to keep products frozen at all times. This ensures there is no product mishandling and the condition of our products remains in the highest quality standards.

Unfortunately we do not offer samples of our products.

Unfortunately, we do not provide order tracking at this time.
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have completed your purchase. This email will contain your order number, contact information, and products ordered.

REFUNDS
If items are damaged/incorrect upon receiving, please email us at shop@alsafafoods.com with your name, order number and photos showing the damage/incorrect items. We will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items at this time. Please ensure to verify products in your cart before placing your order.

Refunds are only accepted if products arrived damaged and/or incorrectly.
We have a 7 day refund policy from the time you receive the product. Eligibility of refunds are under the sole description of Al Safa Foods Canada Ltd. To initiate a refund, please email us at shop@alsafafoods.com with your name, order number and photos showing the items. We will be happy to assist you. Once your refund is approved, please ship the items back to the address provided.*
*Al Safa Foods is not responsible for providing a return label. Al Safa Foods recommends using an insured and traceable delivery method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately if you were charged shipping for your purchase you will not be refunded this amount.
Your refund request will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be shown in your account. Please note you will be refunded in your original form of payment.
